30-day returns

Everything I make is cut and stitched by hand in my Cornwall workshop. If it isn't right for you, you can send it back.

No-questions returns on veg-tan, full-grain and pull-up leather

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return any veg-tan, full-grain or pull-up leather item for a full refund. You don't need to give a reason.

Chrome-tanned items

Chrome-tanned items (such as the metallic glasses case) can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they're unused and in their original condition.

Not returnable

Personalised or custom-made pieces, such as items with stamped initials, can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

How to return

1. Email shop@craftydrifters.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you're returning.
2. Post the item to: CraftyDrifters Cornwall, 12 Ashley Close, Penwithick, Cornwall, PL26 8UB, United Kingdom.

Return postage is paid by you. I recommend a tracked service, as I can't refund parcels that go missing on the way back.

Your refund

When your return arrives, I'll refund the full item price to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. If you return your whole order, the original delivery charge is refunded too.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Email me within 7 days of delivery with a photo. I'll send a free return label and either replace the item or give you a full refund, including postage.

Lifetime repair warranty

Separate from returns, my veg-tan, full-grain and pull-up leather pieces are covered for life if the leather or stitching fails. Chrome-tanned metallic items aren't included. See the Lifetime Repair Warranty page for details.

This policy doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of delivery
