I make everything to last, and I stand behind it. If the leather or stitching on one of my veg-tan, full-grain or pull-up leather pieces ever fails, I'll repair it, for as long as you own it.
What's covered
- Faulty leather
- Stitching that comes undone or fails
What's not a fault
Veg-tan and pull-up leather change as you use them. They darken, soften, pick up marks and develop a patina. That's the leather ageing the way it should, not a defect.
The lifetime repair warranty doesn't cover my chrome-tanned items, such as the metallic glasses case. Your normal legal rights still apply to everything you buy from me.
How to claim
Email me at shop@craftydrifters.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the problem. I'll take a look and let you know what happens next.
Returns
Separately from the warranty, veg-tan, full-grain and pull-up leather pieces come with no-questions 30-day returns. If something isn't right, just get in touch within 30 days. See my Refund policy for the full details.
